My name is Jim Andrews, CPM®. PHM.

I am a nationally recognized expert in assisting property owners, developers, architects, attorneys and people with disabilities with accessibility issues over the past 40 years.

An associate member of Access-Andrews Consulting LLC is Gordon Stewart, AIA, who has extensive experience in designing housing and other major projects, nationwide, for accessibility compliance. The services we provide address design and accommodation requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act Amendments and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 including each Act's design standard and regulation; considering sometimes overlapping, confusing and changing requirements.

If you have any need for architectural  plan reviews or property inspections for compliance, advice or guidance on accessibility, then you have come to the right place.  View the firm's experience, accomplishments and client examples by clicking on  the "About Access Andrews" area.
