The Plymouth Hall building in PA is being brought back to life after fire in 2004. Access Andrews Consulting is providing accessibility compliance consulting through review of architectural plans and on-site inspections on this gut rehabilitation for compliance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards.
Plymouth Hall: A four-storey senior building in Philadelphia, PA had been vacant since being destroyed by fire in 2004, and is being rebuilt and converted to 53 modern apartments including an office and green roof. Access Andrews Consulting reviewed the architectural plans for compliance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and is scheduled to complete an on-site inspection after construction. |
